How much concern is normal in healthy living? ? can be equally concerned with health, fitness and nutrition? ? normal to eat regularly and go with periods of being strict and / or fasting, even if the 'st not that long? Three - five days, one - two weeks, a month or two casual?

Well, I can answer this question from experience. I am a Vegan, and about 2 years ago I took it 2 far!!! I ended up not eating anything…actually not realizing how bad off I was. So “YES”… u have 2 be really careful!

you should not be concerned to much, all u have to do is eat breakfast and dinner.u should not stress to much or worry about your body.if u like to be as skinny as a stick, that is very unhealthy and nonattractive.(yoplait holds off your hunger, so you should eat that at lunch time/noon)
